'EndSars Protest Continues With Our Hairstyles', Lady Says As Hoodlums Invade Protesters
The 'EndSars' protest has taken another dimension of campaigning as ladies are not only campaigning against police brutality with the inscription 'EndSars' on their shirts but with their hair plaiting styles.
The protest against police brutality on Nigerian citizens has engaged the Nigerian youths, especially the students of tertiary schools, since Sunday, 10 October 2020 as they have felt that the Special Anti-Robbery Squad should be abolished totally; not to be reform in any other form.
The major States in which the youths have taken total control of the protest are Lagos State and the federal capital territory, Abuja.
Our correspondent reported today, 15 Thursday, October, that some thugs have invaded the protesters at Alausa Ikeja at exactly 10:30 AM.
One of the protesters, who sought anonymity, said her friends and she will never stop protesting even if some hooligans dare chase them away from the street.
"Our hair plaiting styles will continue with the protest against police brutality wherever we are," she said.
