BREAKING: Beware Of Result On Social Media, INEC Advises

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has warned observers,  blogs owners, especially the partisan ones, to stop uploading fake reports, emphasizing that official reports of the Edo election are still under the coalition. 


The INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, cautioned all partisans who have been uploading one result or the other to desist from these barbarous acts, adding that it is not democratically right and it could affect our democracy negatively. 


"The results from polling units in each local government are still in coalition centers, still expecting them at the central coalition center where the official announcement will be made," he said, "all Nigerians, especially the Edolites, should be expecting transparency as it will be televised live on national television."

  Lagos based popular musician, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has visited Akima Hotel in the Oshodi neighborhood of Lagos. The hotel is owned by the chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo.  Davido who visited the hotel alongside his crew was highly welcome by the management of the hotel and the and other staff.
