Reverse Your Judgement Of Death By Hanging, It Is Not In accordance with Islamic Jurispudence, If You Don't Want To See Wrath Of Allah
By Ibrahim Kegbegbe
The verdict from the presiding judge, in the Shariha Law Court in Kano, Khalid Aliyu Kani, on a 22-year-old man with a sentence to death by hanging for his circulation of blasphemous songs against Prophet Muhammad via WhatsApp in Kano, is barbaric, ridiculous, unrealistic, unreasonable; therefore totally unacceptable.
The fact still remains that the judgment is not in accordance with the Islamic jurisprudence.
However, the singer, Yahaya Aminu, has done what is worth giving punishment for but not to be assassinated in any given form.
I wouldn't have intervened if the judgment was given in the civil or criminal court of law. But giving such verdict from the Shariah Court of Law has shown that the judge had judged the case with complicated and fabricated Hadith, not from the holy Quran.
Besides that, even when Prophet Muhammad was alive, he was cursed, stoned, maltreated in many occasions, especially in the era of ignorance, he didn't allow his disciples to avenge the ill-treatment neither did he pray to God to descend retribution from above for such ungodly act done by those people. Instead, he prayed that God should guide them right because they didn't know how offensive it was to mock the prophet of God.
So, if the prophet could be mocked directly without any severe punishment from him after such, how come blaspheming him after his demise could lead to a death sentence.
If that judgment is not reversed, the claim by other religions that Islam has come to be known with killings and hostility will be validated. No, it is not supposed to be!

Alihamdulillah that we can have people that still knows n have the real value of Islam which is a religion of peace! So the judge shd be called to reverse the judgement before it will be too late! Barakah llahu fee.
